The Decepticons won for the second time of the year and moved up to third in the standings, and now only 4 rank-points behind the BeaudoinBrothers .  Everybody laughed at the shakiness of Decepticons' QBs with Cutler moving to the Bears, old man Favre, washed up Bulger, and bench boy Vince Young.  Well old man Favre still got it.  Favre scored 30 pts this week and he's currently the 4th best QB in the league, in front of guys like Brady, Rivers, McNabb, and Romo.  Dec still has a huge order to catch up with Wax but has a reasonable shot at 2nd place.  The connection Favre to Percy Harvin was very productive for Dec, Harvin scoring 19.25 pts on his own.  On defense, Dec was stellar, with all four individual starters scoring double digits.

UncleJack finished in the top two for the second time in three weeks and caught up with JB in 7th place .  First round pick Chris Johnson scored on another very long TD (85 yds) and scored 23.5 pts.  UJ always had weak RBs, but this year it's not the case.  Even RB2 and RB3 is not too bad for UJ, with both Addai and Grant being starting caliber, ranking 13th and 15th best in the league.  The Chargers defense has been a silent contributor for UJ all year because the focus is on San Diego's offense.  The Chargers dominated the Chiefs, scored one TD and got 4 turnovers in the rout.  The Chargers are tied for best defense in the league along with the Packers (JB).

WaxOnWaxOff finished in the top three for the fourth straight week and steamrolled their way to a 6-rank point lead in the standings .  TE Dallas Clark does not get a lot of publicity because there are other good players for the Colts and there are others stars playing for Wax.  But he's the league top TE and has helped Wax this week with 17 pts.  Rivers was strong as expected against the Chiefs with 22.75 pts.  Loser T Owens had a rare good with a fluke TD to counterbalance R Moss' shit game which cost Wax the second place at the hands of UJ.

The Dugongs finished in the middle three for the 11th straight week and are squarely in the middle of the standings of course .  This is the most average team of all time.  However their QB is not average.  A Rodgers still leads the league by a fair margin over D Brees.  Rodgers scored 25.75 pts this week.  Franchise player A Peterson is having an ok season, but with so much of the offense riding on Favre, the Dugongs' expectations have not been met.  Peterson is third best RB in the league, but he's far behind Chris Johnson and MJD.  Peterson fumbled two more times this week, losing one of those fumbles.  Note that Chambers came to the rescue of Dug this week.  This chump was doing nothing in SD and got lucky to be scooped up by the Chiefs and Bowe being suspended shortly afterwards.  Chambers scored 16.5 pts this week and Dug needed it because Bowe is also on the Dugongs' squad.

The JakesBlues came from far far being before MNF to overcome a huge deficit and finish 5th in the standings with the stunning 45.25 pts by Brees against the quitters New England Patriots .  The only other notable performance on JB's side was the Packers' defense with 20 pts.  Other than that, JB was headed for a very bad week with several weak performance, for example B Jacobs only 4.75 pts, G Jennings 6.5 pts, H Miller 2 pts, and Nate Washington being called by the coach to start ahead of S Moss and scoring only 6.25 pts.  Speaking of Jennings, what is wrong with this guy?  He is being outscored by Driver on his team.

The BeaudoinBrothers continue to slowly sink, finishing 5th or 6th for the third straight week.  It will take a serious turn of events for this team to catch up with Wax or even to hold on to second place.  This team has massive problems at RB, with Portis, Betts, Turner, and Norwood all being injured.  How often does a team draft both backups to starting RBs only to see all four starters and backups injured?  This week Turner started on a bum ankle and re-injured it early in the game.  Starting WR DeSean Jackson scored a TD but got a concussion and could not finish the game.  The season started light on injuries for the BeaudoinBrothers which explained early success, but it's going downhill fast.

OldNo7 finished 7th due to crap games by core players like Eli Manning 1.75 pts, DeAngelo Williams 4 pts, and Calvin Johnson only 2 receptions (fortunately one was for a TD) .  Fortunately the Jets' defense handled the Panthers' offense and scored 24.5 pts.  College QB Colt McCoy also led his team to the Big 12 championship game with 5 TDs, over 300 passing yards and 175 rushing yards.

The Spitoons mailed it in and did not submit their lineup .  Result: Big Ben and Re Bush starters, injured.  At RB it would not have made a difference because Spi's RB situation is as bad as the BeaudoinBrothers with Westbrook, Bush, and Ju Jones all being out.  But at QB Romo could have started and he got 20.25 pts on the bench.    However Spi finished so far behind Old that Spi was stuck in 8th place anyway.  Spi's dynamic duo of WRs was unusually off this week, combining for only 20 pts.  This is far worse than their combined average of 33.9 pts.  They still lead all WRs by a comfortable margin despite the counter-performance this week.
