UncleJack won for the first time in one year.  Their last win came on week #8 in 2003 (their only win of the season).  P Manning and M Harrison carried the team on their shoulders with 7 TDs and 70 pts!  Keyshawn Johnson also had his best game of the season with 22 pts.  The coach can be congratulated for starting the Titans D against the Bengals rather than the Pats D against the Steelers.  This move made a swing of 14.5 pts which changed a 2nd place to a 1st place.  Starting Keyshawn Johnson instead of Hines Ward was also a nice decision that made a swing of 13 pts.  The coach made several bad moves this season but redeemed himself this week.  R McMichael sealed the win on MNF with 19 pts.

The Spitoons are the hottest team right now and edged OldNo7 by 1.5 pt on MNF with Zach Thomas scoring 12 pts.  The team almost came up short because S Moss is the biggest bust of the season.  He is the worst non-injured WR in the league.  He was the 16th player taken in the draft and he is 31st best WR in the league.  Ouch.  Tony Gonzalez, S Alexander, and A Green each scored 2 TDs.  The Spitoons RBs are the main reason the team is now only 1 pt behind the BeaudoinBrothers in first place overall.

OldNo7 scored 8 TDs but again was not able to come out on top.  T Green and P Holmes scored 6 TDs together in the shootout against the Colts.  A Lelie got his best game of the season with 17 pts.  It was a surprise move by the coach to start him rather than J Smith who was playing the Texans.  TE Dan Graham layed an egg this week.  He has scored 23 pts in the last five weeks since his acquisition from Wax.  He had scored 33 pts in the first two weeks.

The BeaudoinBrothers collapsed on MNF with -9.5 pts by the Dolphins D.  This is clearly the weakness of the team because the backups (Cowboys) are last in the league.  The team survived another week without Jamal Lewis by beating the Decepticons and Wax.  K Barlow was awful in replacement of J Lewis with 3 pts.  Antonio Gates continues to dominate with 2 more TDs and 18 pts.  He is surprisingly the best TE in the league in front of T Gonzalez.  Willis McGahee got his first start of the season and took advantage of the opportunity by scoring 2 TDs and getting 19 pts.  Also note that Rodney Harrison got the amazing total of 13 tackles and 8 assists.  He extended his lead over other DBs in the league to 3.2 pts.  He is the best defensive player in the league in front of Zach Thomas of the Spitoons.  He is proving to be worth the 39th pick overall in the draft.

The Decepticons' slump continues.  Without Randy Moss, D Culpepper is not the same.  He was picked off twice and fumbled once in a 5-pt performance.  E James and D Staley had nice yardage but did not score a TD again.  R Wayne and Roethlisberger were the only bright spots with 24 pts and 19 pts.  This was expected to be a tough week for the Decepticons with M Faulk, I Bruce, and Joe Horn on bye.  What was unexpected was Culpepper's bad game.  Nobody else on the team stepped up, for example Chad Johnson returned to his old average stats with only 9 pts after a big game last week.

WaxOnWaxOff is another team which has been disappointing recently.  The team finished last for the second time this year.  Injuries have been hitting hard.  Randy Moss' injury forced the team to start Javon Walker.  He is the 2nd best WR in the league so far this year so he is a top-notch backup, but he only scored 9 pts this week.  Thomas Jones got injured early in the game against the 49ers and only got one yard on one carry.  The QB position continues to be a weakness for Wax.  Brady scored 12 pts, which is very average.  Every other team in the league has a better starter at QB than Wax.  The only good news is Tiki Barber who scored another 19 pts.  He has scored less than 17 pts only once this season.  Note that C Palmer continues to be horrible.  He threw an INT in each game so far.  This week, Palmer scored 2 pts and he has already been caught by McGahee who has only one start in the standings for rookies.  Wax will have to start considering starting Colbert soon.
