Trades - 2012

The BeaudoinBrothers traded TE Brent Celek to JakesBlues in return for RB Jonathan Stewart.  

Sunday November 4th, 2012

FlyingElvis traded ROO Justin Blackmon and COL Marcus Lattimore to WaxOnWaxOff in return for ROO David Wilson and COL Montee Ball.  

** Note: this trade is technically illegal.  It is not allowed to make trades in two steps: some players swapping teams on one day, and other players swapping teams at a later date.  Because Lattimore was in FE's starting lineup despite being on bye (since FE did not have another COL player), FE cannot trade Lattimore on Sunday in return for players who will start in the same week.  Wax cannot have both Lattimore and Blackmon on the roster in week 9 because Lattimore was a starter for FE.  However it had no impact on the standings so I will let it go and will assume the trade was actually made the day before, and that Ball started for FE (he was on bye so no impact) not Lattimore, but I will strengthen the language regarding trades in the rule book.  If the trade had an impact on the standings I would have probably cancelled the trade.
